Has anyone picked this one up yet or played it? It has been released now for a week or so and has already received rave reviews from both critics and players.

For those not familiar with it:
It's basically a first-person shooter with RPG elements, so as you go around killing enemies and completing quests in an open-world-style environment, you actually pick up "loot" (dropped money and items) and level up and so forth. One of the most marketed features of the game is its incredibly large arsenal of weapons, which features over 1 million unique weapons because of the game's random weapon system that randomizes numerous components of a gun and throws them together in an order that is totally unique from anything else that came before it.

The PC version just released today and I'm about to load it up. My brother has completed the 360 version and he's already saying it's probably the best game he's played this year.
